Here at JB Farms, we raise Heritage pigs as well as crosses. We have purebred Hereford and Tamworth pigs. This year we crossed our Herefords with Berkshires. We pasture/forest raise our pigs shortly after weaning. This gives them the opportunity to forage for a good bit of their food naturally, while also having a positive impact on the soil.
